Don't forget March 21 is World Down Syndrome day. World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) is an annual celebration and global awareness day officially observed by the United Nations since 2012. I also learned recently that the 21st was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome which causes Down syndrome. So throw on your craziest pair of socks and help celebrate!
